Keppai (Ragi) Dosai

Keppai Dosai

Ragi flour 2 cups
Rice Flour 4 Tbsp
Green Chilli 2
Coriander leaves 4 Tbsp
Curry Leaves few
Cumin seeds 1 tsp, crushed
Salt to taste

Mince the chillies, coriander and curry leaves.
Mix the flours with minced leaves, chillies, cumin, salt and enough water to get a runny consistency.
Heat a Dosa Tawa/Pan and pour the batter on it. spread out evenly.
Drizzle oil around the edge of dosa and cook.
Flip over and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve with Coconut Chutney.
