
Ingredients:
Sesame Oil 1 Tbsp
Garlic Paste 1 Tbsp
Ginger Paste 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Paste 1 Tbsp
Spring Onion stems 2
Carrots 1/3 cup
Cabbage 1/3 cup
Beans 1/3 cup
Potatoes 2 cups
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Coriander 1 Tbsp
Corn flour 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste
Noodles, boiled 1½ cups
Oil for deep frying
Chilli – Garlic Sauce to taste
Method:
Boil and mash potatoes. Finely chop all the vegetables, coriander and spring onion greens.
Heat oil and fry ground pastes for one minute.
Add vegetables and spring onion greens and sauté until cooked. Remove from heat and cool.
Add it to mashed potatoes along with soya sauce, corn flour, salt, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Shape into cylindrical croquettes (grease your palms) and wrap noodles around it.
Take a handful of noodles and spread it on a plate. Gently wrap it around each croquettes.
Repeat for all the croquettes.
Deep fry in hot oil till the noodles turn golden brown.
Serve with chilli garlic sauce.
