Banana Dosa with Ice Cream for Dessert

Restaurant re-creation - an event started by Sri Valli and guest hosted by Champa has some truly wonderful recipes. This yummy Banana Dosa from South Indian Homes reminds me of the one that I enjoyed with ice cream at Dosa Calling. The nuts and raisins adds nutrition, making it wholesome. Recreated with a lot of expectation. Justified. It is better to prepare in a non-stick tava. Will post picture soon.

Ingredients:

Ripe Banana - 2 (should be over ripe)
Wheat flour-1 tablespoon
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Cardomom powder - 1tsp
Walnuts - 2 Tbsp, chopped
Raisins - 1 Tbsp, chopped
Ghee

Method:
Puree bananas in a mixer with sugar.
Mix in the flours, cardamom powder and nuts
Heat a non-stick Tava and make small pancakes.
Coook on both sides with a little ghee.
Serve hot with Ice Cream
