Corn and Potato Sandwich
Bread - 8
Butter - 6 tsp
Cheese - 7 - 8 Tbsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1, minced
Green Chilli - 2, mincedCorn - 1/2 cup
Potato - 3, boil and mash
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmerric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Boil and mash potatoes. Cook corn in the microwave with a sprinkling of water for 2 minutes.
Heat oil and splutter jeera (cumin seeds). Add onions and chillies and saute until onions change colour,
Add the other ingredients and mix well, mashing lightly, to blend.
Butter the bread slices and toast them. Spread some tomato sauce on it.
Spread filling and top with cheese. Cover with the other slice and press down lightly.
Slice and serve with Tomato ketchup.
You can also make this as a double sandwich with 3 slices of bread.
