Ingredients:
Maida - 1 Cup
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Fresh Yeat - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Milk - 2/3 cup
Flour - 2 pinches
Method:
Heat milk to lukewarm - a drop of the warmed milk should be comfortable when dropped at the back of your hand.
Dissolve sugar in it. Sprinkle the flour.
Now, add the yeast and mix gently with a spoon. Keep aside for 2 minutes.
Mix the flours with salt and oil.
Make a well in the centre and pour in the yeast liquid.
Gather into a soft dough and knead for 5 minutes.
Place it in an oiled polythene bag and clip the mouth of the bag.
Keep in a warm place (microwave) until doubled in size.
To Make the Base
Punch down dough, knead for a minute and roll out into circles (small - 4" / med - 6").
Prick with a fork all over and carefully transfer onto an oiled tray and rest for 15 minutes.
Cool and you can store in the refrigerator for a week.
To Make Pizza at once -
After resting the Pizza Base for 15 minutes, top with Pizza Sauce and topping. Drizzle oil along the edges.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200*C. Sprinkle grated mozarella cheese and grill for 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
