Pizza Whirls

Pizza for Lunch!
What better way than as Whirls. Easy to pack, and... easier to eat. I wrapped it up in foil and paced it off to College.

Ingredients:
Pizza dough - 1 recipe
Pizza sauce - 1/4 cup
Cheese - Mozarella - 1/2 cup
Filling of your Choice (today, it was Corn and Capsicum) - 1/4 cup

Method:
Roll out Pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread Pizza Sauce thinly upto the edge. Sprinkle topping evenly and then the grated cheese - keep aside 1/4 cup for topping.
Roll up like a Swiss Roll from the longer side. Keep the seam side down.
Cut into 1.5" thick pieces.
Spray a tin (any tin that will hold the whirls comfortably with very little extra space) with oil and place the rolls close to one another.
Rest for 20 - 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Centigrade.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until golden. Top with grated cheese and grill until cheese melts.

What a fun way to turn pizza into a finger food. These seem like they would be a hit at parties.
