Carrot Chutney

This is a great Relish / Sauce / CHUTNEY!!!
Serve with Parathas or Khichadi. This keeps well in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.

Carrot Chutney

Carrots – 2
Garilc – 2 cloves (small)
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp

Grind the carrots, garlic, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice to a fine paste.
Combine oil and whisk well to blend.
Chill for half an hour before serving.
