Sesame Slaw


Ingredients:
Knol Kohl - 1
Carrot - 1, small
Cucumber - 1/2
Radish - 1, tender
Corriander Leaves - 1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
Lemon - 1/2
Ginger - 1/4 tsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
White or Black Sesame seeds - 1 tsp

Method:
Whisk together sesame oil, lime juice and ginger. Mix in salt and pepper to taste.
Toss vegetables with dressing and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve at once.

Always choose tender and very fresh vegetables to make salads.
