Cheesy Vegetable Uthappam

Ladle Dosa batter on a lightly greased and hot tava (like a pancake). Scatter chopped onions, capsicum and tomato. Sprinkle grated carrots on top. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Top with grated cheese. Spray or spoon oil around the edges of the Uthappam. Cook over a low flame (covered) until the base is set. Flip over and lower flame and cook for a few seconds.
Serve hot.


I had a egg yolk that I used as well!

Looks like a pizza. And yes, I too have tried an egg on a dosa. It is a unique taste.
