Orange Iced Green Tea

Tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world, second only to water; and Ice Tea is a favourite Summer refresher next only to Lemonade. It is definitely a better alternate to fizzy drinks.
The Orange Mint cooler at Kalyani's blog inspired me to make this one.
Studies suggest that Green tea has many health benefits being rich in anti-oxidants and is also good for weight loss. The taste is an acquired one though. The addition of honey in hot Green Tea makes it bearable. But chilled with the addition of fruit juice.....

Ingredients:
Green Tea Bags - 2
Water - 3/4 cup
Orange Juice - 1/2 cup
Honey  - 2 tsp or to taste
Mint Leaves - 1 sprig
Ice Cubes

Instructions:
Boil water and pour into a tall jar.
Drop in tea bags. Cool and then discard the tea bags.
Add honey and stir to dissolve. Refrigerate to chill well.
Mix in orange juice and mint. Stir to mix well.
Serve over crushed Ice/Ice cubes.

Note:
Sugar (3 to 4 tsp) or sugar substitute may be used instead of honey.
Brew the tea bags for a minimum of 5 minutes for a good flavour.
