Masala Cashewnuts


Looking at the spicy nuts on the rack, I would never have imagined how easy it is to make them. I'm sure we would all like to snack on them though the calorific value is high. Once in a while indulgence is worth it. Right? Especially when it is so easy to make at home. 
Periamma is dishing out delicacies in the kitchen. In a jiffy she made these spicy nuts. It's so easy! Never ever imagined how literally effortless it is. 
It also makes an elegant gift which will make the receiver feel cherished. 

Ingredients:
Cashewnuts 
Oil
Salt
Chilli Powder

Instructions:
Deep fry cashewnuts over a medium flame. 
Drain well and transfer to a plate. 
Sprinkle salt and chilli powder to taste. 
Allow to cool for a few minutes to absorb flavours. 
Enjoy!
