#OPOS Burnt Garlic Rice - Chinese

I love Chinese cuisine and at one time was in search of the perfect recipe for fried rice. I attended recipe classes in order to master the technique. Yet, this simple dish eluded me. Either We can do dinner tomorrow also texture was not perfect, or the flavour.
At UBF (Facebook group: United by Food), a friend has posted this recipe that really intrigued me. It was amazing. Perfect. Just perfect.
Be amazed at the magic and enjoy!

Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Sesame oil - 4 teaspoons
Garlic - 6 flakes,  sliced thin
Mixed Vegetables - 2 cups (cabbage, capsicum, beans and carrots), chopped fine
Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Spring Onions - 1/4 cup

Take oil in a 2 litre pressure cooker and layer the garlic first and then the veggies over it.
Top with spices,  sauce and vinegar.
Pressure cook on high for 2 whistles (5 minutes). 
Release pressure and open cooker. 
 Mix in the rice. Garnish with spring onion greens.
