#OPOS Chinese Noodles

The OPOS magic has extended to noodles as well.
Lazy morning.
Friend: make noodles for lunch.
Me: ok. Chopped veggies and was chatting with her as she was about her work.
On the side I loaded the cooker and was done
She: hey! It's late
Me: noodles ready
She: what? Eppo?
Please follow the instructions below and be amazed.

Hakka Noodles - 1 pack (90 grams)
Mixed Vegetables - 1 cup
Oil - 3 teaspoons
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Chop the veggies and mix with 2 teaspoon oil.
Wash noodles under running water and drain.
Load cooker with noodles, sauce, vinegar, chilli flakes and 1 teaspoon oil.
Top with vegetables and salt.
Add 1/4 cup water.
Pressure cook on high for 2 whistles (4 minutes).
Release pressure after a few minutes.
Fluff up and serve.
