Paneer and Veggies - Stir fried

Stir frying is another technique which becomes a "fill it - shut it - flash it" for perfect results every time. No need to sweat it out. At all.

Red Capsicum - 1/2, cut into julienne
Green Capsicum - 1/2, cut into julienne
Tomato - 1/2, cut into wedges
Cauliflower - 1/3 cup; cut into florets
Paneer - 1/3 cup; cut into fingers
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Turmerric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon (to taste)

Mix the masala powders with Paneer and Cauliflower.
Take a 2 liter pressure cooker and spoon in oil and water (2 teaspoon).
Layer the capsicum pieces and tomato wedges.
Top with the masala mixed paneer and cauliflower.
Pressure cook on high for 2 whistles.
Take off flame and release pressure immediately. Mix well and serve.
