Broccoli - Beans Salad

Salads don't necessarily have to be raw. Cooked ones are delicious; and we may use any of the following techniques: steaming, grilling and the easiest of all - flash cooking!
Flash cooking is an OPOS technique by Rama Krishnan that simulates stir-frying without the stirring!!! In his words. To flash cook means, to pressure cook at high heat for a short time with little or no water; and release pressure immediately. The results are dramatic. Ingredients:
Broccoli - 150 grams
Beans - 100 grams
Green Peas - 100 grams
Spring Onions - 3
Peanuts - 2 tablespoons
Water + Oil - 1 teaspoon each

Dressing:
Soya Sauce - 3 tablespoon
Honey - 2 tablespoon
Ginger - 1/2" grated
Red Chilli - 1, finely chopped
Lime Juice - 1 to 1.5 teaspoon
Salt - to taste (as the soya sauce will have enough salt)

Instructions for the Salad:
Flash cook** broccoli, beans and green peas. 
Release pressure and cool.
Add some chopped spring onions and nuts. 
Mix in dressing and serve.

Dressing: Mix together the soy sauce, honey, ginger, chilli flakes, lime juice

Flash cook**- Take 1 teaspoon water and 1 teaspoon oil in a pressure cooker. add the vegetables and pressure cook on high for 2 whistles. release pressure.
